VCFA have been recognized for the category of Digital Marketing Recruitment Strategy. The Educational Advertising Awards is the largest, oldest and most respected educational advertising awards competition in the country, and we’re honored to have played a part in an award-winning campaign.
Vermont College of Fine Arts set out to recruit prospective students to their niche low-residency MFA programs such as Writing for Children & Young Adults, Visual Art, and Writing, as well as Film, Graphic Design and Music Composition programs. They commissioned Net Natives to run a multi-channel strategy spanning across Twitter, Quora, Youtube, Programmatic and Google Search Ads.
The power of this campaign came through their positioning, as they spoke to their audience with emotive, and engaging messaging such as “Your MFA. Your people. Your home.” and “Join our diverse community of artists.” This messaging taps into the community feel of their institution, which welcomes the most creative of us all.
